The RO example also ties in very nicely to what Tsukasa Makino and others were saying at the Mashup about "protecting the frontrunners" by heavily advertising their "wins". Get away from "This isn't working? Let's intensify it!" to "What is working? Let's intensify THAT!"

strategically subversive idea+attention from Top management+extension to other areas = value creation.
