Why not making Smoking Boring!

As simply as that!
We have to admitt the fact that nicotine is addictive, hence it will be hard to ask people to quit on smoking but surely we can create the right environemet to make them smoke less.
Since smoking is in correlation with stress (Tipping Point - Gladwell), why not replacing the images of damaged lungs, heart, teath...added on the cigarette packs, and not applicable in all countries, and surely not very accepted by smokers (i think that some will replace the catron pack with a metal one just to be able to carry their cigarette with no guilt), why not to replace these images by jokes and  funny stories.
Why to use the cigarette packs to commercialise diseases instead of commercialising happiness that aims to reduce stress.A funny hummor, and a seriously varoius rich and changeable joke, can make a smoker less stressed, hence smoke less.( maybe adding the Smiley face of the pack!)
On the other hand, smokers and the heavy ones, will never stop!i used to be a smoker myself, and sometimes i just couldnt stop, until the pack is finished!Here comes my second note, that instead of packing 20 cigarettes in a pack, or 20 in a slim format, why not keeping the tradional size of a cigarette pack and split the content on the pack between 10 cigarettes and a gum!the smoker will not feel the absence of his pack, to which he is emotionally attached, and will not have a lot of cigarettes to smoke.in addition having a gum will help him change his breath and keep himself busy.
On all that, i would like to add, that selling the cigarettes in pack of 10, in these small boxes, also makes it easier to have more organized cigarettes.Packs are organized and smokers, feel more relaxed having them around.On the other hand, if smoker's bags, house, drawers, cars....are not organized this will maybe lead the smoker to stock less cigarettes (This was notted in a wealthy society less educated about smoking dangers, like Lebanon)
Well the whole plan is to make smoking boring, and remove it from being a challenge to all social behaviours, but embrace it in a minimum way to make it a social behaviour that no "rebel" wants.
