It´s the Brain

Current managment was adaptive when the first big corporations were born. It was evolutionary necessary to control and command because when big  numbers of people form groups, not the small ones of our ancerstors, what really works is a system that detects would be  cheaters loafers, self interested individuals who could jeopardize the internal consistence and cohesion of the group. In a "memetic " way those organizations prevail today and are profitable. With today´s advances in the study of the brain and Neouroscience we can hypothesize that management causes a lot of pain and grief, absenteeism, burn out, stress, anxiety, etc. . I´m studyong  how Neourscience and Evolution could help design a new management which would take into account the demands of our brains and of evolutionary history
