Dismantle groupism

With my long years of experience both in corporates and academics, I have observed that in each organisation-however big or small- have their own built -in cultures which lead to both positive and negative repurcussions.
One thing that is inevitably seen in organsations has been formation of GROUPs on their own comfort-levels
of the members.  Many a time such groups tend to unitentionally promote de-motivation and deceleration of task performance in organisations. Groupism driven by thier inherent strengths of brutal power often alieniate the top management as one against the interest of the employees. Hence the top management would do well to semalessly monitor the behaviour of the people in the organisation and take mentoring process into their hands  so that they do not derail from their career goals and get de-focussed.  I have many young MBA boys whom we have arranged for placements in corporates often complain about the groupism and politics in orgns. which they are unable to cope up with and leave the jobs. Their stance  to stay neutral  amongst the groups has not been appreciated and hence their dilemma to lean on a particular group quite often has cost their jobs.
