Me in Three
- I recently formed a consortium to collaborate in developing business with Chinese organisations wanting to grow their markets in UK and Europe and I recently jumped at the chance to work with an organisation in transition, based in a country recovering from civil war.
- I like working with ideas, taking them from one discipline and using them in others, and in particularly linking people from different teams for mutual benefit. I want to see more experimentation, more numerical rigor, more research based practice in HR
- I regularly cycle in events of 200km or more in length through Audax UK. I have just completed my first 300km ride this year, and am planning to do at least one 200km ride every month for a year, as well as complete rides of 400km and 600km.
