Long is the road and hard is the way, but some like it this way.

Problem #1 (Management scope) : How to deal with complexity and communicate about difficult topics, while refusing the 3 bullet points shaving turning bold statements into bald haircuts, clueless decisions or bad thoughts?

Problem #2 (FJL Freeway demo illustration) : How to get back on track when lost in such an interconnection grid ?
Transparency can only help to get rid of part of some blur.
So are changes in wording, and re-shaping of the logical plan can resolve some basic lack of clarity.
As long as the goal is plain explanation and simplicity, this is a stairway to heaven.
But it may become the highway to hell if this means escaping the crucial confrontations or making up the truth or depth.
Freeway means something different.
It is not about the speed of the intellectual ride, but for the respect of the long and winding road chosen by the pilot, or by the local topography of mind mapping or business models constraints.
Bulldozers are not the ultimate tool for problem solving. It does replanish but hide or erase diversity and relief.
One proposed solution, is to capture and describe the unusual and advanced insights.
It is to cure the raw material and propose additional and alternative documents to map, draw or picture the abstract or cause-effects patterns.
It is to set up analogies, or to connect dots of different nature to reveal the entire picture or vision.
It is to enrich the delivered message until the point that different mental preferences profiles kick in.
It is to split topics in "bit by bit" elements. And "Step by Step" higher level structures too.
In order to get down to chewable pieces. And pile up layers.
The solution is to illustrate and explain. By any means.Over an over.
Time being a constraint, it is to inverse the curse and make it an ally.
Add time to convince and influence. Be patient.
Hacks may be directly connected, like belong to a Serie, or interconnected via one specific angle, features, a direction, a picture, a graph.
Some are entangled, or derived from each other, as a whole or only for parts.
It means that even separated texts in topics and timeline are exchanging properties and get cross updated.
Another level is the entanglement of authors, as a co-creation mode.
Each can be read a stand alone, or related and therefore a peace of the whole.
One can view it as clues in some quest, a kind of Da vinci code type of enigma and deciphering game.
You need to recognize patterns, like in nature.
Fractal architecture can be a lead.
The FJL "Freeway Map" and "AAA Guide" should re-set any lost signal and lost tracks and act as a Global Positioning System
The horizontal axis of the map is the time, that gives indication about the chronology of ideas, while vertical is a personal attempt to guide between groundfloor stories, easy to read and more bold proposals.
The AAA guide pages after the map are zoom and some guidance explanation about the key ideas, or structure, or specificities for each story, or about a set of stories, or about a detail.

I wish it helps to find more clarity into this messy complexity that I resist to simplify in 3 bullet points for the sake of respect of the quantum behavior of mind processes, and human interactions.

( No EZ coded) Aesthetics- Asymetries -Anti-Fragility.
Double level is a demo of a beneficial approach and best practice to invite for complexity step by step acquisition.A good axis for curation of expert knowledge material for instance. Or bold ideas in management.
Example : The map shows that complex topics may be scaled down by using a simpler level of illustration and shorter format splits.
Or, it can be a decision to keep the codes to demonstrate "hidden variables" impact in real life and management analysis.
Especially for HR, soft skills and behavior deciphering....Humans are quite sophisticated creatures as individuals and organized colonies.

Times favor flash actions and zapping, adding to the temptation to over-simplify and shorten formats and boldness of content.
When one preference is to try to keep and manage complexity in order to take advantage of its specific properties, quit rates are going up fast.
Adding a guide may help while it is no miracle.
