Dear Warden,

Believe it or not the gang wants to be here. They want to create value for their family, company, community and world. Put aside your fear, remove the chains and support the gang by:

1. Working out loud at all levels, Open decisions through consent (consensus and directive are obsolete)

2. Coordinate-and-Channel (Command-and-Control is obsolete)

3. Promote Know-how and Know-who (Know-what is obsolete)

4. Encourage everyone to seek Autonomy (self-directed work), Mastery (getting better at stuff) and Purpose (serving a greater vision)
