As the information and knowledge have become part of life and shaped our lives , our generation who
can use mental capability at higher level face the most  vital challenge at their organizations :  The specific example of 10 talented staff report one manager which is reflection of PYRAMID MANAGEMENT style does not work anymore. The staff are not satisfied with borders and limited under the the weakest chain (manager) and the manager is not agile and capable enough  to catch the speed of  group. The invidiuals of Information Society of Information Age do not feel
they use fully  their intellectual and spiritual capacity as everything we know has been changing whereas the management cloth becomes useless over us.
