Global Billion Dollar Company with the Wrong Organization

My corporation consists of 7 acquistions, the first of which provided the organizational structure.  This organizational structure does not fit the corporation as it exists today.  Org changes are iterative and inconsequential.  I want to create a new org from scratch, and don't know where to start.
