• I'm an innovation addict; I've found my commercial vocation. Have been global innovation director for one of the world's largest companies and I'm hooked!
• Now I run a small innovation agency in Dublin; I teach innovation in Universities and I am researching to complete a PhD (in innovation, in case you hadn't guessed!)
• I tend to judge people I work with and meet by classifying them as either people who give me energy with their ideas and positive attitude - or people who drain my energy. I'm now actively trying to spend most of my time in the former group.
