IdeaStorm was launched in February 2007 as a way to talk directly to our customers. Dell was founded in 1984 by Michael Dell on the idea of bypassing the middleman and selling custom built PCs directly to customers, thus the birth of the direct model. Over the last 25 years, Dell has now reached millions of global customers in over 100 countries.
