Give up!

Noone is creative and innovative all of the time.  In fact if the innovative season is equivalent to Spring, then we're not innovative for 75% of the time. Yet Summer, Autumn and Winter are also important in their own right - and without them, especially without Winter, there'd be no Spring in the first place!

So Give up your fixation about innovation. Give up being unrealistic and celebrate yourself and others in all of the seasons, also especially in your autumn (when you feel depressed) and in your winter (when you feel lazy, dead, uncreative, need a rest). That way you'll have a really innovative Spring.
