How much do we own all the policies we live to uphold in our workplace? Why shouldn't any strategy be challenged more immediately if it is needed to be? There might be an easier, open and interactive place to give our guiding principles a more regular 'stress tests'.
Companies will have an internal wiki page—accessible and editable by almost all employees
Benefiting from the always maturing cloud, the policies would be more age-ready and rapidly updated
A more 'alive and kicking' governing culture. Since employees themselve have been increasingly involved in preparing the rules, they would be more likely to adhere to them
