I believe that todays leaders need continuous stretch by shareholders that enable returns that will encable and motivate support from employees, and continously appreciating their committment to the well being of the business.
Succesfull leaders must be engaged ,active , and be relentless in their pursuit of value appreciation by their employees , the customer and in the end the business will prosper long term.
