The New CXOs -New C-Suite Roles for an ever changing World

My suggestion is to re-think the focus and responsibilities of the C-Suite to more transversal roles. Instead of adding more CxOs it is actually renewing their responsibilities to new ones: Reason, Reputation, Relationships, Resilience, Revenues and Rouser...a bit of a radical approach...but much more aligned to the needs of the macro changes that are happening today.
