Like it! My worry however is that experience with other technologies suggest that simply emphasising the technology often leads to dysfunctional behaviours. Much better to emphasise the outcomes eg openness and transparency, and let individuals decide whether an internal social network is the right tool or not. Also wouldn't it be better to give more emphasis to people using social networks through progression and promotion, which over time would result in more leaders using these networks, rather than relying on existing leaders to change their behaviours?
