Innovation without revolution!

The risk in every innovation is that can produce a revolution or even worst anarchy...I think that especially in some countries and in some cultures, Management 2.0 could become a strong tool to control instead of sharing and growing. I think that a proactive and innovative training is mandatory in order to move the mind-set of people in a different level then today....I am thinking in something like "certification in Management 2.0" at individual level and at company level that include a strong ethical commitment as well as tangible demonstration of positive usage of the potentiality offered by Mng 2.0....
