HR - Human Relationships

It's time that Human Resources was transformed in to Human Relationships, in the words of Carl Jung: "The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there's any reaction, both are transformed" We've seen the value of Customer Relationships so why not build real ones with our employees?

Let's remove compliance from HR and hand it over to a separate Compliance Team or within Quality Control; legislation and political correctness is driving an enormous time and focus being given to processing and policing that there is nothing left for the Human part.
