Develop a tool that enables employees from any organization to go through experiences and situations totally different from the day-a-day work routine.
Many employees at different organizational levels have to work under a day-a-day routine. This situation ends up being a source of dissatisfaction and demotivation for employees that finally deteriorate the working environment of the company.
Develop a system that enables each employee from the organization to have the opportunity to choose activities different from those that are done each day. Basically the employee will choose 3 wishes each month and give them to a coordinator.
The activities selected have to be related to work and have to take place at the company (for instance: a finance analyst might want to spend one day with a marketing manager to know more about that division and build relations with other employees of the company).
The coordinator is responsible to make all the arrangements for those activities to take place and judge if the activities are really according to the objective of the program (activities related to work and at work).
