Summary

This is an attempt to go ahead and improve the disaster management. Presently we act whenever the disasters happens. We need to prepare the mass and people to equip themselves. This will help to save many lives.

Idea : Online training ( customized training based upon city demographies ),

Simulation training ( customized based upon office requirements

Problem

Need & Gap : India is not equipped with any kind of disaster management

: Most employee in office or Students in School and Colleges don't know how to act when disasters strikes

: Mock drill available in some offices are only for fire safetey

: What about how to act in earthequake or riots occered

: No team leader type concept who can take lead in case of diasters is available in society

Solution

Use of web 2.0 based training to all the employees and students which then extended at society level
Simulation game : which shows first how people should react and then help them to act by placing in the simulated disaster situation
Use social media : to create panic button so that everyone is aware what happend when disaster strikes

Practical Impact

Radical change : people will value life more
It will save life and econmic loss too
Sense of responsbility will come into citizen towards each other

Schools : cause children are more ready to learn then the elders
Offices : It can be very well implemented by any organization with the help of Human Resouce
Societies/Flats/Apartments : On sunday through various game based learning
