What if we can create a real Democratic management that allows Employees to "Elect" the C-Level Managers themselves?
In general CEOs are directly appointed by the company owners and employees have no idea what their new CEO brings to the table and if the person is a direct recruit from anther company then there might be a sudden panic among employees on their new CEO-What benefits they are gonna get from the new CEO etc.
I don't intend to make this a long story and will try to keep this short. In a situation where the company is looking for new CEO it could possibly pick up Two individuals who are Professional enough to become the Top Boss, the owner of the company could ask the candidates to present their plans to all the employees that may include the benefits employees are bound to get if they elect him, his/her plan on taking the company to the next level etc. employees can then vote for the particular person whom they think would be capable enough to lead their company. This system of employees deciding their CEO instead of the company owner would create a positive attitude and energy among the employees
Employees would be more han happy to get a leader that they wanted compared to forced leadership that almost all the organizations follow.
