Cognitive Leadership

Cognitive Science is paving the way for a new kind of management and leadership process.  Now that we know how the brain/mind works, now that we know how to articulate thoughts into JAD (Judge and Do) scripts, we can lead and manage more precisely.

That is; perfect behavior, in all situations found in a well defined ID (Intellect Domain), can be pre-define and pre-known. This perfect mindset becomes the domain expert ruler.  It, and only it, counts in that work domain.

Once defined, ideal behavior can be acheived.  That ideological clariety is the point of these JAD thought models.
