Employers could boost morale in the workplace, hold onto staff for longer and improve productivity if they became more responsive to requests from employees to work from home. Employers and line managers should have more confidence in their staff, policies and in their own management capability to ensure that they recruit, retain and make the best use of talent

Transit from Home to office and Vice versa demands more energy and from a women's perspective this takes away the positive energy and could only devote 75% to the work. Working from home would be a great intitative especially for women employees as it solves a lot of time and energy.

Practical Impact

3. Would be a blessing in disguise for working moms
4. Prevents female employees to quit from Job and take care of Kids

First Steps

Companies could do a quick survey on this initiative and based on the response could take this forward. On the other hand this boosts the morale as employees get what they want, if not financially, but based on facilities offered
