The basic is that "money doesn't grow in trees". So, everything we do, from school to the most highest paid job, has to have the main objective the creation of VALUE. In the last 50 years there are so many examples of disrespect of this basic rule, that we have millions of persons and organizations thinking that they have the "right" to earn before the "duty" to produce.
This is the biggest problem because when people lost the sense of basic rules, they lost the ability to continue improving our world. Year after year there are in the modern world, more and more people that don't produce anything and have the "right" to earn money that comes from that ones that are working everyday.

What we could achieve is the confidence that it never would happen again, because when you respect the VALUE you create you never become in a bad situation.
Respecting the basic values reinforce the confidence in companies work and results, and creats the ideal environment to retur to prosperous times.
First the directors/owners have to talk frankly with all the elements and expose the considerations about the "Back to the Basics" policy. And have to present a Plan with a timeline to achieve the objective.
After that they could make an experience in a specific department to demonstrate what they want to do.
