Research and experience tells us starting and scaling a business can be complex and knowing when to do the right things, the right way at the right time are not adequately addressed by the traditional models. The New Model "The Business Advantage Model" outlined in the book "Advantage" recognizes there is a sequence process but focuses on information, data and learning and adjustment which is a more organic and agile approach. It uses an Advantage maturity model as a focus because advantage , leaders to differentiation and customer value realization. Better outcomes are achieved by having improved guides as to what are the right things to do, the right way at the right time across all aspects of the business for entrepreneurs and leaders.
