- I have a passion for stimulating broad and lasting engagement and collaboration between citizens, consumers and employees. I believe a network- or community-based approach to value-creation is the fundamental way forward
- I believe digital technology is both an enabler and disruptor of social bonding. Finding ways to use its potential to strengthen social networks is a challenge I passionately pursue. For this, we need to focus much more on the sociological and psychological side of things I have grown wary of the many claims you hear at the overabundant congresses
