- I'm a big supporter of Gary Hamel and the Management Innovation Lab. Traditional management is long overdue for an overhaul and I'm doing my best to help out. My goal is to help enlightened leaders get the very best from themselves and their employees.
- I am a skilled engine "mechanic." I’ve studied the human motivational “engine” for 30 years. I know what it "looks" like and how companies can tap-into it. This research is described in my critically-acclaimed book: "Primal Management: Unraveling the Secrets of Human Nature to Drive High Performance."
