Work is central to existence. And technology exists to help us accomplish more. Technology is wonderful, and frustrating at the same time. As a B2B sales person I see no software that really helps me do my work in a fluid way. I'm dedicated to finding this software. Such software cannot and will not be built "ad hoc", but likely on a model of work as performed by the "autonomous human actor". But any wonderful technology innovation for sales will not succed only as technology, but also in the context of evolved practices around sales governance.
