- I had always dreamt of heading a large organization though I knew I would never feel comfortable due to my inherent hatred of vertical structures, bureaucratic set ups and regimental thinking . As a result always ended up running SMEs. Always focussed on solutions rather than problems. Unfortunately always wanted immediate results or else get frustrated.
- Passionate about integrity in everything I do or get involved, find it difficult to engage in corporate bull shitting. Straight talking has got me into troubles quite a few times. Can't stand people beating around the bush . Also passionate about people development.
