- I am a supportive leadership style person with a focus on task-orientation. I have an open mind set that is willing to absorb ideas of others and able to form constructive conversations with a little sense of humor. Active listener with good conflict and people management ability.
- I am passionate about meeting different individuals from all walks of life. Recreational angler, cooperative team sports player, and seeks challenges all the time to enhance learning of new skills and experiences.
- I am a great believer in "life is short, make the most of achievements while you can". I also believe that able to control own emotions will enable me to make better judgements and have better interactions with other individuals.
