Me in Three
- I believe that true leadership lies in the understanding of human nature-- first one's self, then others.
- Once you know yourself, what makes you tick, flick, and stick, you better understand your own strengths and limitations. In turn, from this centered stance, it is easier to see how to add value (or not remove it) from a situation.
- To me, management is a philosophy, and lessons can be derived from wide-ranging disciplines such as military studies, and theories in psychology, and cultural understanding.
