- Organizations are like human beings. Sometimes they will fall sick or get injured while pursuing excellence. I consider myself a doctor understanding the symptoms described to me and diagnosing the root causes before subscribing the right medication or therapy.
- Running is my passion and my way of finding fresh perspectives to certain problems.
- My current pre-occupation is to find ways to grow more revenue for my organization. Working for a software company entails great challenge. Most software companies have short life-span. Usually, they will be acquired or merged. Unless alot of R&D is spent to develop new products, it is difficult to be a Microsoft or Oracle.
