Tools like Facebook, Twitter, etc., run analytics against the content that is given to them and use it to create customized, individualized advertising. MIX 2.0 should use a similar approach. Gather data about in-the-trenches management mavericks (MMs). As contributions come into MIX 2.0, each post can be analyzed and mapped to the most relevant MMs, and that MM can be asynchronously notified via whatever tool of choice they use. This will draw them in more often.
I was going to create a hack related - Using Cloud-based Analytic tools to Analyze (say, like Splunk) which hacks are most "sticky." In other words, if you could identify the hacks that capture the most eyeballs, the longer amount time spent on it, and from where the eyeballs come so we can follow the threads, then we might be able to make that part of the rubric/algorithm by which people can plunge as shallow or deep into the MIX as they would like. Coupled with a robust search function, we can help folks find the most useful tools faster. Then, I found your hack, and I figure a comment to yours is probably a better way to go. Cheers.
