Here's a crazy idea: What if you turned the MIX community into a community of real-life problem solvers. Organizations (maybe non-profits) could post their challenges to the MIX and the community could then work collaboratively to help solve each problem using the tools and innovative thinking provided on the MIX....

The art of sitting down and penning one's thoughts in lucid prose is fast dying! High-Impact content in the Twitter age is no more than a paragraph in most people's dictionaries... If the MIX is to reach more people (who increasingly don't have time to do anything other than work-work-work!)...

The podcast format is great for busy professionals. Audio programs travel well, and they're great for playing while exercising, relaxing, or performing other activities. There's a great amount of content here to make a world class FREE e-book (or charge 10c and give it to charity) Almost like the best of the MiX for the year. While all of the content is available online, putting this on bookshelves will make it larger than life....

While the content currently on the MIX can inspire would-be management innovators, we think that it’s equally important to equip people with the the tools/frameworks to drive management innovation on the ground. Taking a cue from the MOOC (Massively Open Online Course) movement, the MIX could offer its own courses...
