- I try to make organizations better. Through my research, teaching, and conversations, I hope to inspire adjustments that weave together technology tools, organizational practices, and human capabilities for stronger performance and a better work environment. I wrote my recent book, The Plugged-In Manager, to trigger heated discusions at all levels of all kinds of organizations.
- I take my passion for the technology/human interface into the water and the air. I sail a 38 foot sloop on the San Francisco bay and am a private pilot.
- I'm certain that were living in the most interesting organization time since the industrial revolution.
