• I'm a lover of empirical research; I enjoy reading organizational/management theory, and think that there's huge potential in developing effective research-practice partnerships within our organizations.
• I love to cycle, don't understand soccer or hockey, and hate to golf. Every once in a while I'll watch a football game (there's something primal about the sport that secretly makes me feel a little more manly).
• I live with my wife and three children in Northern California. It's a beautiful place, and houses here are quite a bit cheaper than they were a few years ago.
