• I've been learning about and focusing on issues like trust, fear in the workplace, defensive routines, openness, truth-telling, and releasing the very best parts of who we are as leaders and as people for a long time. I guess you teach what you most need to learn!
• I like to write. I like to create models. I like to engage people in great dialogues, one on one or in great big groups.
• Mostly, I'm a visual learner. I like taking photographs and have been taking them since I was a child. Helps with appreciation of nature and the human spirit.
