Me In Three

• I spent a few years doing relocation training in the Japanese automotive industry. I then started working in Leadership Development at The Banff Centre developing the capacity of leaders and teams. My work with upriver Innovations centres on how social technologies can support and sustain adaptive capacity in individuals and organizations. Really, I'm trying to make workplaces more interesting places to be.
• I'm a city dweller trapped in the splendor of Banff National Park. I used to build board games as a kid and feel like I'm performing at my best when some remnant of that old behaviour lives in my work.
• I find inspiration in many places. My time in Japan was life-altering. I also see art in new media as indicators of what's coming - particularly street and community art.
