Summary
There are a lot of people who are loosing their jobs and income which affects families and the whole society.
Coach people in all ages and over branches to create jobs and opportunities by using their own thinking and come up with ideas and take them to innovations.
We need to have the courage to test new things and inspire each other by using our Passion and Compassion when using social media.

Context
Open Innovation where everybody are encouraged to collaborate by coming up with new ideas based on their interest and passion.
Triggers
We start with a three steps cycle.
- Face 2 face and virtual meetings for learning about creativity and how to use social media for creating the ideas in the idea forum.
- Continue to work on the ideas in subgroups with interested people for starting up activities leading to new business and fundings.
- Work in projects and/or companies as an outcome from the ideas
