The truth of this matter is that managment has failed in it's leadership in today's world.  This starts in the halls of Congress and above where amateurs have used siloed communications to lead the entire country to our current state.  A severe lack of integrity and accountability has destroyed personal initiatives. Disincentives permeate our entire world. Managment is asleep at the wheel
