Given the total lack of evidence that developing leaders actually results in better organizational performance, maybe it is time to convert what we know about leadership.
Leaders must be managers; but, managers do not necessarily have to be leaders. Leaders have to manage all the resources at their disposal, self, others, communication, etc.

So, It's time to reinvent management! Why don't we start by changing the very word and move away from using "Management" to "Enablement".
