Leader's see and pursue over or under encouragement of certain people or idea's - favourite's or narscissm is in their blood . I would suggest that a network of leader's whose only agenda is to spread wholesome appreciation of each unique team member be present in diffrent levels of an organisation . His or her role is that of a Monk / Priest who can be approached by anyone . Once heard of course most people feel better and then also judgement will have to be made with a yes or not yet that will be more thoughtfully done . Maybe a JEWEL BOX of ideas and people can be created who can be tapped into their areas of passion by others to create something meaningful . This will help in collaboration and trust among some .
