Challenge people by organizing an innovation competition to come up with breakthrough ideas or processes. Encourage everyone to participate accross businesses and locations. Set the competition up as a business game where internal VC's (VP's, CTO's,...) can invest in the best ideas. Make sure the winning project is executed.
