The only choice you have to make is whether to love or not.
When we speak of free will, we must not confuse the freedom of action of every day with the indispensable choice whether to love or not.
When in an organization there are many resources that approach their daily work from a different "position", the organization gets different results.
There is a major limitation to the spread of a deep and genuine leadership:
- Fear: we are all afraid of losing something, workplace, respect for others, self-esteem ...
- Fear: facing the market, the competitors "disarmed" without having the goal to destroy or overwhelm, changes the perspective that I have had so far and calls into question my deepest patterns ...
- Fear: take decisions that are consistent with a single and fundamental principle of life, "love", it does not give choice, what you have to do is there before your eyes and there are no viable alternatives.
St. Augustine said: "Love and do what you want."
Whatever we decide to do bearing in mind to yourself the principle of "love" is right. They are not the results that are important: whatever happens will only be in harmony with the principle that inspired your decision and your action.
Organizations are made up of people who work together, work together requires attention and care towards each other, exercising a "principle driven leadership" allows you to take consistent decisions, the consequences of which are always the expression of a direct expression of "your-self".
Is for this reason that a lot of work needs to be done with the citizens and managers of the future, the children, allowing them to open up to the great source of energy and creativity that have within them.
The major responsibility of the leaders of our time is to start a revolution to allow the emergence and flourishing of a new leadership, led by a few deep principles, which have a long-term vision and will strive to create a more equitable and sustainable society.
