Games are finally recognized as a very powerfull dynamic to improve productivity and ease change management while keeping people happy and committed. In a society with fast pace of change, game designers have great solutions for enterprises.

Problem

I am here to reinvent the management. So the problem is this old management framework that is out of date.

Solution

Stop seeing you as important managers, start listening your little voice screaming to play, to learn, to enjoy.

See your job as a game with goals and challenges and work hard (with fun) to propose to your employees a whole new way to look their day to day job : a great game !

Recruit a game designers, even if you are a bank CEO or a car industry plant manager. Ask him to rethink processes, controls, rewards as a game or do it by yourself with your employees.
