The Big Idea: Creating an organizational transformation story through the eyes of the leaders of the organization Concept: Almost all organizational changes/transformations have been studied post-facto. This brings in biases depending on the success of the transformation effort, leaders assessment of what worked and what didn’t, negating the role of luck and chance discoveries etc. Technology today allows us to see and study an organizations transformation through the eyes of its leaders and team members as it unfolds. This idea is an effort at creating a forum for enabling that.
Idea Implementation: For an organization, this is a great time to build community of leaders who will share the story of the organization transformation as they create and experience it.
We can create a forum (Website based) where leaders can share their thoughts/concepts/stories around the themes of an organizations transformation. After about 6 months (or 1 year), these inputs will be brought together and studied by leadership team and professional authors/management consultants (who write about Organizations transformation). They will select the stories and concepts as written by leaders and develop this into a book about the organizations transformation. This can then be published to both internal team members and external stakeholders. This can become a great rallying point as an organization transforms its culture and fulfill its purpose as an organization
