In organsiation's there is a need to have a wholesome set of people at all levels who can cherish some amount of challenging and new thoughts or ways of doing things and be cheer leaders . Normally its a Mother who does it for her child with loads of unconditional love and encouragement . When we are trusted genuinely then we become more responsible and try harder to give our best . Positive vibrations and flow can start with a free time for doing what you please daily with of course a culture of unsaid boundaries of being purposeful with purposelessness.
Emotions are important, and you are right to emphasise: trust, wholesome, positive vibrations, purpose, mother, responsibility, encouragement and love.
I wrap the more neutral word around this: value. Value accounts for both the masculine (logical) and feminine (emotional) aspects. I would encourage you to expand on your perspective, and to comment on my Hack on Value: Focus more on value and less on profit.
