Yes stress is a serious problem indeed. In Denmark were I come from 25 % of absence from work is caused by sickness related to stress. As everybody has experienced stress reduces energy and creativity which are two pillars for innovation. BUT, I have found a cure that may make the workforce stressfree. It sounds too good, I know, but it is true. See this link : http://www.iqnovation.com/services/apex-program.html
